Sometimes, I like to have veggies for breakfast.  I have tried them a few different ways but this is my absolute favorite!

What you need:

- 16 oz bag of wide egg noodles

- 1.5 cups frozen peas

- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)

- 1 large yellow onion (chopped)

- 16 oz kalbeisa or other type of sausage (sliced in half moons)

- 2 cups cabbage (chopped)

- 1 Can Pinto Beans

- Handful of Cilantro

- 2 Roma Tomatos

- Spices about 1 tsp each: Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Paprika, Oregano, Thyme, Cumin, Marjoram, Chilli Powder
