Breakfast Veggies and Sausage

Sometimes, I like to have veggies for breakfast.  I have tried them a few different ways but this is my absolute favorite!

 What you need: 

 

Yellow Squash

Zucchini 

Kielbasa

Red Onion Green Pepper

Seasonings: Paprika, pepper, salt, curry, garlic

Wok

Olive Oil

 

How to:

1. Chop onion and pepper then sautee over medium heat in olive oil until tender in your wok

2. Chop kielbasa into half moons and add to the wok and sautee for about 5 minutes

3. Add chopped zucchini and squash and add as much of the spices as you desire

4. Continuously stir for 5 minutes or until squash is tender. Then, serve!
