 Why did you choose to work with Pace Right Coaching?


My friend Amanda Ghent was using Pace Right Coaching, and was having success and I needed a more direct plan to guide me.


What do you like about online coaching?


The motivation, the goals, and the flexibility to change things when needed, the support through injury and rough patches, and celebrating successes together!


What are your training goals? What are you training for?


Getting stronger and faster. Another marathon to qualify for the New York Marathon!


What has Pace Right Coaching helped you to achieve?


I completed my first Marathon, have set several PR's in other distances and qualified for Boston in my first marathon!


Do you have a favorite race distance? What is it (are they) and why? 


10 K's and Half's, because it is long enough to feel like it was a good work out, but short enough to continue giving it your all!


Do you recommend Pace Right Online Coaching? Why or why not?


Yes, Amanda has been great to work with and can deal with my crazy race anxiety I get every time!


What is something people may be surprised to find out about you?


I am very OCD, even with 4 small children, teach full time, and Coach Track at the middle school I work at.


What is your favorite exercise? Least favorite?


Cardio, any form of it running, or the elliptical. I cannot stand high knees.


What has been your proudest moment working with Pace Right Coaching?


Finishing my marathon with a time better than I thought I could achieve and qualified for Boston!


What is your spirit animal? Why?

 Butterfly, because a butterfly symbolizes personal transformation and I am always working on my personal self, so that I can be better for others and my family in life.


Where is your dream race-cation?


The Dopey Challenge in Disney, so my kids can enjoy Disney, and I can earn four medals in one weekend. I need a sponsor because it is expensive!


Anything else you would like to add?


Anything is possible if you work hard and set your mind to it! Most of my training was done at 4:00-4:30 in the morning!! I am an early bird!
